Effective January 4th 2026
Appointments made online are not required to enter card details at the time of booking, at this time.
However, there is a Cancellation Policy that does incur a charge (effective January 4th 2026)
Reminder emails of your booking are sent 36hrs beforehand so there is plenty of notice to get in touch.
°Cancelling your booking up to 24hrs is free, no charge.
°To cancel within 24hr time frame, 50% of treatment booked will be charged.
°A 'No Show" is charged at 100% of the treatment booked. A payment link will be sent and account suspended for future bookings.
You can reschedule your appointment by the link in your confirmation email/text up to 24hrs prior to the booked appointment or message me directly.
Rescheduling the booked appointment 3 times results in cancellation and your details blocked.
New clients will not be accepted and appointment cancelled at first reschedule without prior enquiry.

In case of illness and emergency, please give as much notice to cancel or reschedule, within 24hrs without notice will result as a cancellation charge.
Appointment spaces are not always filled within short notice, attention to The Facials in particular being a larger time frame.
Please "Arrive On Time" and at the time of your booked appointment, the waiting area can get busy. I may only have a minute turn around time to room ready for your appointment so not always ready early.
Late Arrivals - if you arrive later than "10 minutes" your appointment time will not be the full time expected at the time of booking. In the case of short appointment services (30mins or less), late arrival will be charged as a "No Show"
Payment for all services is due at the appointment. Card Payments, Atoa Payment via mobile banking, bank transfer or payment link on the premises before leaving the salon.
Cash is accepted, please bring the correct amount.
Card Payments Are Preferred.
Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards must be redeemed SIX MONTHS from date of purchase and as noted on the card. Redemption is for the service as stated, as a value towards treatments from Miss Melvs Beauty and all Skincare available to purchase
